Dear Maintainer,
After the upgrade to 2020.09-1, pitivi fails to start. I tried first via
the GNOME UI, and nothing happened. Then I tried on a terminal, and got
this:

That's pt_BR for `Impossible to import "GstTranscoder". Make sure it's
available'`, but for some reason even setting LANG=C doesn't get me the
message in English).
Installing gir1.2-gst-plugins-bad-1.0 makes pitivi start. I have not
tested it on a clean system to see if there are any other missing
dependencies.
