game-data-packager uild-Depends on xcftools which ideally should not
be released with bullseye. As it looks xcftools is used for calling
xcf2png. In the makefile there is already even the casing to fall back
to convert from imagemagick if xcf2png is not present. So could you
please investigate if it is possible to switch away from xcftools for
this conversions.
Ivo De Decker confirmed to fill those bugs with serious severity to
make it possible to release bullseye without xcftools:

them to switch
< ivodd> if it's as easy as it looks from the bug report, it shouldn't be a big
issue
< ivodd> if it turn out it's more complicated, we can still revisit the issue

postpone it for bookworm.
