Seems like it is https://github.com/Stellarium/stellarium/issues/1131. This has been solved with https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-87010. Surprisingly, the fix is not in qtbase-opensource-src-5.15.2+dfsg. I'm not sure why, it seems like the fix was intended to land there. I think I can work around this by probably removing parallelism in the build process. I'll see if that works.
