When I upgrade 0.9.3-2 (buster) to 1.2.1-3 I end up with:
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1.8K Mar  2 19:05 /etc/thinkfan.conf.dpkg-bak
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 6.9K Feb 27 14:03 /etc/thinkfan.yaml

So even if we'd not ship the new yaml, it wouldn't start and you'd have
to manually rename the .conf.dpkg-bak to .conf.
