The requirement is easy to workaround though, by appending extra chars
to the affected versions, but that means remembering the requirement.
Of course just renaming the source package is a much simpler fix.

I think just uploading src:python-ppmd will fix this since src:ppmd
will get autoremoved by the dak decrufting since src:python-ppmd will
take over the binary packages of src:ppmd with newer versions.
