This is because the mips/mipsel kernel headers don't ship a generic cpu-feature-overrides.h file. About 5 packages fail to build this way on mips/mipsel. I'm not quite sure what to do about it. Personally, I think those packages shouldn't rely on this header, but maybe we should provide it...
