I've just uploaded a new inkscape with this as its only change. https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/inkscape/-/commit/0a6972eebee178f90109c96e568cdce51b7b0276 And I've confirmed with a binary debdiff that the final Depends line in the .deb is as expected.
