Package: python-gtk2
Version: 2.8.2-3.1
Severity: grave
Tags: patch
Justification: renders package unusable
Just dist-upgraded. Python-gtk2 was updated alongside others.
Postinst fails with "sed: unterminated 's' command, line #1 char #32"
There is a slash missing at postinst (case 'configure'):
- PYVERS=$(dpkg-query -s $PACKAGE | sed -n -e '/^Python-Version:/s/.*:\(.*\)/\1'
+ PYVERS=$(dpkg-query -s $PACKAGE | sed -n -e
'/^Python-Version:/s/.*:\(.*\)/\1/'
I assume it's just a typo. Shit happens :-)
Thanks for maintaining this package.
Cheers,
J.L.
