it should migrate to testing in ~4 days, in the meantime you could grab
it from unstable or add a suitable LD_LIBRARY_PATH, f.e. on amd64

$ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/purple-2 chatty
