Dear maintainer,
Your package Build-Depends on w3c-sgml-lib which has an RC bug for a
while now. The package has been removed from testing on 5 March
2022. This means that your package can now not be rebuild in bookworm
since then.

This was fixed in w3c-sgml-lib 1.3-3, which did in the meantime migrate
to testing.
