I am aware of the problem. This is due to a reorganization of the
Portuguese-related spelling packages which has been discussed in this
thread (in Portuguese):

The new packages are available here:
http://people.debian.org/~rafael/pt-spell/
and have been already uploaded to unstable but are sitting at the NEW
queue waiting for ftp-master admin approval.
