The ruby3.0 FTBFS was fixed in jekyll package version 3.9.0+dfsg-4, but the
bug was not closed in the changelog. Using pbuilder I can successfully
build 3.9.0+dfsg-5 which includes the patch from package version 4. This
bug not being closed is preventing version 5 from migrating out of
unstable. Full changelog from 3.9.0+dfsg-4 is below.
