mpv is transitioning from libmpv1 to libmpv2. As python-mpv has a
hardcoded dependency on libmpv1, it needs to be updated for libmpv2.

I've ran the testsuite with libmpv2 and I've reported what I think might be failure upstream. It seems libmpv2 isn't in unstable yet though. I'll wait for it to make it through the buildds and I'll make an upload.
