Thanks for giving this a look. Could you please provide the versions of python3-biopython and python3-numpy on your setup? ci.debian.net uses the following:
python3-biopython (1.80+dfsg-4+b1) python3-numpy (1:1.24.1-2+b1)I would like to rule out the possibility that version differences are to blame here.
