upgrding system, I could not remove libicu71 which is obsolete,
because thunderbird 1:104.0~b2-1 depends on it (the conflict resolver
suggest to downgrade thunderbird)
The version you use is only available in experimental, and this for a
very long time as the thunderbird package can't get updated to more
recent versions for various reasons.
Currently I don't think it makes sense to rebuild this rather old
version to use a newer icu version, but you could do this by yourself
e.g. if you really want to stay on this version.
Otherwise I suggest to downgrade thunderbird and use the version
available in ustable/testing.
Due the started freeze for bookworm I will not spend a serious amount of
time on getting the version in experimental updated to something new.
