It's not RC just to embed (appropriately licensed) software, even if it is actually used. In this case % ldd /usr/bin/darktable | grep lua liblua5.4.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/liblua5.4.so.0 (0x00007f015155c000) so I'm closing the bug. If you find that the embedded lua really is being used, feel free to re-open at a non-RC severity, or provide a different justification. As I said in my previous message, repacking doesn't seem warranted here, as the risk of accidentally using the embedded lua is trumped by the wanting to use unmodified upstream sources.signature.asc
