This is a test in testing with --pin-packages=unstable=src:gcc-11
dkms-autopkgtest does
  apt-get install linux-headers-6.3.0-1-arm64 \
        linux-headers-6.3.0-1-cloud-arm64 \
        linux-headers-6.3.0-1-rt-arm64
(these are from testing) - why does that want to install libhwasan0 from sid?
