Sorry this took longer than expected. It turns out that the Ubuntu patch did not work, and it took me a while to find that many of the zone info symlinks had moved to tzdata-legacy.

I have not just uploaded the fixed package, finally.

This appears to have broken due to a change in the tzdata package which landed in both Debian and Ubuntu[1].

The Ubuntu moment-timezone.js package was adapted[2] to accommodate this change, but the Debian package was not.
