That's what it seems, yes. The greenlet package was fixed the same day I reported this. However, you apparently missed this part:
If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use reassign and affects, so that this is still visible in the BTS web page for this package.
Having the bug metadata correct is important, as it helps to avoid duplicate bugs. Thanks.
