Hi,
the problem appears since 3.0.12-3 and not with 3.0.12-1. The package that
fails since this change in the dkms package is not part of Debian but its
packaging source can be found here:

It is entirely possible that the *.dkms files in that package are faulty and
happened to work with 3.0.12-1 but fail with 3.0.12-3 and that it's not the
dkms package at fault.
Anyways, the installation fails since dkms 3.0.12-3 with the following message:
Setting up reform2-lpc-dkms (1.34) ...
Loading new reform2_lpc-1.34 DKMS files...
dpkg: error processing package reform2-lpc-dkms (--configure):
installed reform2-lpc-dkms package post-installation script subprocess

Can you give me some hints how to debug this? How do I get a better error
message than this to try and figure out what went wrong?
