In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Disable testsuite on armhf for now (the mocking the test harness
does fails when _FILE_BITS == 64).
This is very similar to
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1067418
