Thanks for the report!

We had similar fails in the past upstream

but insofar it was flaky and we failed to reliably reproduce/fix it up.
Does it happen for you consistently?

I see now that debCI is having it "failing tests" everywhere but the issue
is different there (yet to figure out -- didn't look at autopkgtest for
awhile):

For windows we just added retrying that test up to 5 times.  I wonder if
we are doomed now to do the same on linux too :-/
