ruby-coffee-script is deprecated #1019927 and we are trying to remove
it from bookworm.
coffee command line provided by coffeescript package still works (and
using node version via webpack is recommended by rails), so using that
could be an option, or alternatively if ruby-coffee-script is still
useful, someone will need to take over the upstream maintenance.
