libpdb-redo3 has a hard coded dependency on libcifpp5, so after building aginst the new version it ends up with dependencies on both libcifpp5 and libcifpp7 Please remove or update the dependency. This bug affects both 3.1.5-3 in testing and 3.1.5-4 in unstable.
