I'm re-assigning this bug to libqalculate-dev based on the high similarity with
#1077798 .
Moreover, diffoscope-ing between libqalculate-dev_5.3.0-1_i386.deb and
libqalculate-dev_5.4.0.1-1_i386.deb :

that's IMO an additional clue of this issue residing in libqalculate.
