The Debian Remote team is working to remove freerdp2 from inclusion in
Debian 13 next year. freerdp3 has been available in Debian Testing for
months.
Because of the name of this package, I imagine this source package
would need to be removed and a replacement source package added once
the project is ported to freerdp3.
On behalf of the Debian Remote team,
Jeremy Bicha
