Package: python-psycopg
Version: 1.1.21-9
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hey,

During import of psycopg, i have the following error:

>>> import psycopg
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
ImportError: libpq.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

It works fine by installing libpq4 package. Could you please add this
package to python-psycopg depends field ?
