you split out libstrophe-doc from libstrophe-dev. That's great on a
number of aspects (including cross building), but it requires issuing
Breaks: libstrophe-dev (<< 0.14.0-2~)
Replaces: libstrophe-dev (<< 0.14.0-2~)
on the new libstrophe-doc package. Please add those.
