openscap FTBFS when built with libxml2 2.14 and xmlsec1 1.3.7 from
experimental. I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log
below. A full build log [1] is available, thanks to Rene Engelhard.
I believe this issue is already fixed upstream in git [2], but not yet
in a tagged release.
