Depends: python3-qtpy-pyqt6 but it is not going to be installed
Ths problem is that qt6-webengine is only available on 4 architectures:
python3-pyside6.qtwebenginewidgets | 6.8.2.1-4+b1 | unstable | amd64,
arm64, armhf, i386
A solution would be to limit building to the architectures where
the package can be installed by also build depending on
python3-pyside6.qtwebenginewidgets, followed by a bug against
ftp.debian.org asking for removal of the armel and ppc64el binaries.
