Dear opevr sdk maintainers,

Please consider upgrading openvr sdk to version 2.
It has been released last year and now my package, gamescope has switched to
using it.
As a maintainer of gamescope, which has recently switched to openvr sdk version
2
this is the way forward.

I also see that some of you are upstream author of the second package that
depends on openvr sdk:
libopenxr-loader1
I hope it would be possible for you to move wrapper to openvr sdk 2 as well.

Thank You,
Safir
