It looks as it is almost unused. So we should rename its raddebug.
Unfortunately I have no idea for another name.
How about raddebug.radlib? Same rationale as with my proposed
raddebug.freeradius, it encodes the package name and you can find it
using autocompletion if you know the old name.
Are you willing to just rename the librad raddebug or do we need to
rename both?
