I have not used TDC in many years and suspect it will take much more effort to update the source code for modern build chains than the error suggests. As such, it is probably time to let this package drop from the archive.
Anyone who disagrees is certainly willing to provide a patch; I'm also happy to mentor anyone interested in taking this over. -- Michael Lustfield
