That's correct. We probably could drop the whole override_dh_auto_test
instead of adding the extra if that will fail in normal cases (as far as
I understand.)

I'm all for testing but for sure I'm also for reproducibility and this
will most probably become a Forky release goal, thought.
Thus I'm in favour of somehow transparently leaving out the test and
document it properly.
