Bug#1116458: Followup for reason of DELAYED/2 (was: gimp: diff for NMU version 3.0.4-6.1)

Just a small followup, decided to only use DELAYED/2 because we had
already the DSA fixing those issues (DSA 6014-1); but I agree it
should have been higher in principle.
