This package has disappeared, though it's still listed in packages.debian.org.

$ sudo apt install direwolf
Package direwolf is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

$ apt-cache policy direwolf

On another box with an identical sources.list the program (installed a few 
weeks back) still runs.

$ apt-cache policy direwolf
