This autopkgtest has *always* failed on i386 (and armel/armhf). The
"regression" is that it went from 'no tests' (when they were temporarily
disabled to work around an unrelated issue) back to 'failed'.
Given the failure message, it is likely that it would also be an
explicit error (not a silently wrong answer) in actual use. Hence, I
consider ignoring it (by xfailing the affected tests) to be a reasonable
option.
I don't know enough about this package to say whether removing the
package on 32-bit architectures would be a better idea.
