I noticed that you did budgie-desktop and budgie-control-center uploads in Ubuntu for this transition so I am alerting you that you likely want to do the uploads to Unstable now. I suggest bumping the required version of gnome-settings-daemon in debian/control so that these packages don't migrate to Testing until gnome-settings-daemon does.
