Dose [1] is reporting a build issue with your package, it's missing a
build dependency. Obviously your build dependencies shouldn't be
removed from testing, but unfortunately there are multiple scenarios
where that can happen nevertheless.
What's happening is:
networkx needs python3-momepy, that build-depends on mapclassify.
mapclassify has #1114198 that's RC. This bug was about FTBFS because of
a failure when building the Sphinx doc. I just fixed it. Not sure why
the s390x autopkgtest failed though, but maybe this time it will pass.
