6.0.0+really5.0.9-1 has installed the library under a pmix2 subdir, /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pmix2/ i.e. the library itself is found under /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pmix2/lib/ That lib dir got installed alongside a share dir. And this pmix2/lib dir has a pmix subdir containing pmix_mca_pcompress_zlib.so Looks like DESTDIR got messed up in 6.0.0+really5.0.9-1. The latest commits haven't yet been pushed to salsa so we can't easily see what's happened.
