Bug#1115524: gnome-shell-extension-no-annoyance

Now that gnome-shell 49 is entering testing, I wonder if Andres could 
review the work I did on gnome-shell-extension-no-annoyance. I left 2 
PRs on salsa. The first contains the PR that Jeremy Bicha proposed some 
months ago along with my updates to the package. The second contains a 
salsi-ci.yml file which could be ignored.

Or let me know if there is another way I can get this updated package 
into testing as it works fine with GNOME 49.
