Hi,
I am hereby reopening this bug report. The package octave-queueing
FTBFS due to this issue.[1]
The /usr/share/texmf/tex/texinfo/texinfo.tex file distributed in the
texinfo package is incompatible with the latest version of texlive.
Fixing this bug is as simple as replacing the current texinfo.tex file in
the package by its most recent version, available at the upstream Git
repository.[2]
I tested this solution locally, and the octave-queueing package builds
correctly with it.
