Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Hi,

vault recently started to FTBFS due to some failing tests, see the
attached buildlog for details. I don't see anywhere in the log *what*
failed, only *that* some test failed.

In my logs I have a successful build from March (when the package
was uploaded) and a failure from May 18, reproducible today.
