Apologies, this got accidentally dropped in a refactoring. Note that, even after replacing this image, the test still fails. This is likely due to upstream having dropped the Shell as an automatic fallback. This broke some tests in edk2 as well, which I worked around by tweaking the Boot* variables in the varstore in advance of running the tests. Feel free to steal that logic.
