Hi. This was reassigned to libpwizlite-dev because a new version of libpwizlite-dev triggered the FTBFS issue. However, given that a new version of toppic fixed the FTBFS issue, I think we should better consider this as a bug in the toppic package, hence the above reassign. Thanks.
