Hello, I put the t64 suffix back on libbigwig0 and checked the reverse depends.
python3-pybigwig | 0.3.23+dfsg-1+b3 shows it depends on libbigwig0t64 so I think fixing this should unblock python3-pybigwig However megadepth reverse depends on libbigwig0. It looks like it's just picking up the dependency via the dev package, so should megadepth just get a binNMU to rebuild with the updated libbigwig-dev package? Diane
