The underlying issue has been fixed upstream and I cherry-picked it.
I'll upload the fixed dracut package after writing this mail.

I also look into how to prevent failing dracut tests to cause the test
to hang.

Note: the Dracut test takes 30 min on my beefy desktop machine. It takes
three hours on a Raspberry Pi 5.
