Hi,
in your latest upload you removed the usage of dh_movetousr (which is a
good thing). But you forgot to actually fix the installation paths to
use /usr.
As a result, the .service files now end up in /lib, triggering
https://udd.debian.org/lintian-tag/aliased-location
which prevents testing migration.
The attached patch should fix the problem.
