scotch 7.0.10 did introduce cmake config files, but opm-simulators doesn't seem ready to handle them. scotch does provide some METIS compatibility, but it never promised to provide METIS::METIS. But how did opm-simulators ever manage to configure for METIS before? Feel like a bug in opm-simulators configuration scripts. Perhaps it can be treated with some cmake configuration options.
