Dear Maintainer,

pysurfer fails to build from source due to the unsatisfied dependency
on python3-numpy-abi9. There is only python3-numpy but no
python3-numpy-abi9 (or similar).

The build failure has gone. I heavily suspect this was resolved
by last September's upload, which included:

>> * Add missing build dependency on python3-numpy-dev for command dh_numpy3.

I believe reasonable to close the item. :)
